They're a couple of very talented musical types that live in the Cincinnati area.

Katie made mention that Homer Ledford had passed away last week.

I send you my condolences and I thank you for including some information about him in your blog.

I had the pleasure of meeting him a few times at folk festivals where he sold his dulcimers. I found his obit online and was surprised at the number of instruments he had made.

Kentucky has lost a treasure.

Best wishes,
Marc O'Haramarcusohara@aol.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12362675006642019464noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16803483.post-1162515124557538562006-11-02T19:52:00.000-05:002006-11-02T19:52:00.000-05:00Dear Mr. J'Honathan,I've seen Mr. Ledford on occas...Dear Mr. J'Honathan,

I've seen Mr. Ledford on occasions at the Appalachain Festival in Cincinnati with his collection of dulcimers and his (famous) musical saw. I've even said howdy. So I appreciate your insight into Him and his Missus.

Congratulations on winning The Kentucky Star Award. That is wonderful. I enjoy listening and watching Woodsongs each weekend.

Best to you,
Marc O'Haramarcusohara@aol.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12362675006642019464noreply@blogger.com
